With an Art degree from Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, Shelby brings a natural eye for beauty and detail that shapes so much of the Vivid Spirits experience.

Shelby is the one who keeps our connections strong — whether she’s chatting with guests, answering questions, or making sure everyone feels excited and welcomed before an event. She has a gift for turning ideas into reality, coordinating with our local business partners, planning upcoming sessions, and making sure we have everything we need to bring each event to life.

Christy Becker

As our mom-and-cofounder, she’s the vision and the glue that holds it all together, and we’re so proud of what she’s accomplished.

Christy recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue Global — a huge milestone that speaks to her dedication and drive. She’s used what she learned to help build structure, strategic planning, and marketing for our little family business. From event planning and business strategy to marketing execution, Christy lays the foundation for our success.

Calei Coon

Calei has earned a Business Management degree from North Central Michigan College (Class of 2024) and brings that passion and dedication into every event we host.

She helps plan our sessions, creates many of the paintings you love, and works hard behind the scenes setting up and running events with care. Calei brings a warm, uplifting energy to our studio and is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. Her creativity shines in the small details that make each event special, and her kindness and drive inspire everyone around her.
